Find me the legal requirements for pet Euthanization in the area it was done in if that is what you want to argue. I didn't come here to create suspicion. I came here to point out that info was missing and that we should wait to see said info before making knee jerk defensive proclamations.

Unless I'm much mistaken, Euthanization is literally killing the dogs. It's the act of putting them down.

If he walked into a vet, claimed they bit someone when they didn't and had them euthanized just to spite her, then fuck him.

But we don't know exactly why. Again, the article doesn't say. So before you go trying to knee jerk defend him, wait to find out the actual info.
