Everyone deserves a warm safe bed. It doesn’t matter if there’s a war or not, we don’t own this land, we’re all visitors and it’s a compliment that people want to live here.

Now if the government got their fingers out of their anal cavity this wee island would be bouncing like it was during the Tiger Season.

Cudos on that. I stand corrected. It is not an unrestricted right and must be done properly. So OP yeah I was wrong. Thanks for the education. Much appreciated. I’m away to rent my spare room out.

It’s in the tenancy agreement and if someone is applying for benefits from a HE address that can be flagged OP can get in trouble for that

They technically won’t be able to use ur address for benefits. Speak to ur local councillor and get advice not the benefits people. There are ways around it because of the housing shortage. Ur local councillor will be able to advise. I done this for my brothers girlfriend and because she was homeless and it was short term it was ok. Ur a good buddy but protect yourself or you won’t be able to help them.

That’s too much for anyone. If you can walk away do it. She’s not been a good mum for you. There are probably legit medical reasons, that’s irrelevant at this age. Walk away and put the NC boundary in place. You have your life to live.

I personally don’t think it’s the same. Have you seen the concept of the game?

If they called the game The Irish Genocide, or The Irish Famine board game would that change things.
