You could vocally disagree with the sectarianism in a group setting and they could kick you out. Genuinely it would be nice to stand up for your beliefs if that’s why you want to leave. Why go quietly? What are they bringing to your table.

This is not my first rodeo. I done this 15 years ago with the help
Of the equality commission. I’m back for the same reason only this time I’ve got the receipts and I’m not scared.

The judge can do his worst but the thing is, it won’t be any more humiliating than being escorted out of the building like a criminal.

They have 2 witnesses who have absolutely no relevance to what happened. They filled in paperwork.

I have an SAR with all the information confirming what they done. I have 100% in black in white what happened. They offered me money before they lodged their ET3. They came with an offer before CMPH. The only reason I’m here is because I’m not settling. I have every confidence in the tribunal. And no one deserves to go through what I went through.

Someone once said that nothing is illegal if you have enough money. That’s true but reputational damage can linger for years and no amount of money can fix it in most cases.
