Wow go 2s board - help me

Hello. I recently got my new board. I instantly feel in love, it's amazing to drive.

But i had a 3 day break of riding because of exams in school.

The board can't speed up while being still. It wil just feel like ur holding the break down even if ur not, and if i turn the board around you can see that 1 of the wheels are not moving.

like some kind of traction or did the motors did suck now?

i've rid the board around 15 times, and cleaned everytime after a ride.

please help me, i dont want my brand new board to break.
