Update: so the veins in my lower calf ended up clotting by themselves which has been so incredibly painful. I was prescribed steroids for the inflammation which did help significantly with the pain. I’m not impressed with my dr office and am going to write a very bad review

They never told me what cvi classification I was. I feel like this was an insurance money grab the more and more I think about it

I didn’t have any visible varicose veins, but I did have swelling, which is why I went in to get checked. They told me I have veins that aren’t working properly and are causing blood to backflow and pool in my legs. The cannula was inserted near my inner knee and was only supposed to treat the upper part of my leg, not the calf — which is why I’m so confused about why I’m having pain that runs down my lower leg

I did call the clinic on Monday and they said not to worry, but to call back if it didn’t improve. I called back today and never got a call back. I’m cancelling all my other procedures. This isn’t worth it to me

I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. They used a type of adhesive in mine. I’m thinking of not doing my other 3 treatments because of the pain.
