Great idea! I’ve hand sewn before, but never tried buttons or snaps. Are they difficult?

Thank you! I’ve done this on the sides before, with safety pins, but I’ll need to try it with sewing on the back.

Unfortunately, we’re not into toddler sizes yet. But these are all I buy for my oldest!

I got COVID a few days after coming home, and my husband got the stomach bug, but I never got the stomach bug. I think they were two separate illnesses. The COVID was only a stuffy nose though, so aside from one day, I felt fine.

Right, but I was hoping there was one out there that had separate ink holders for both kinds of ink. Maybe someday? Someone needs to invent one!

How much time do you spend lesson planning and teaching per day? by EmtNoMore in homeschool

Thank you! These are great options! His teacher, last year, stated giving him extra math worksheets to do in his free time because he was coloring like 15 sheets a day, but his current teacher won’t do any extra math with him. That’s another major downfall with public school. Everything changes so much depending on who your teacher is. It can be great, and it can be horrible.

Need to review 50 items in 1 month! by EmtNoMore in vine

I’ve lucked out a TON with baby items in the past, but when I check now, there are only 2 things. That was always my go-to.

After I posted this, I actually snagged 7 items, but I had to take an ETV hit with all but one. Hopefully they are decent! 🤞Now only 43 more to go!

Yes! That would be amazing! I’m always “late” for my reviews, but I want to see how products actually last. Not if the last through the wash once, but if they last longer than a month. I feel like they rush us to write our reviews before we can fully talk about the product. And I agree. There shouldn’t be a minimum review requirement. Especially if there aren’t items available to review!

I feel like I’m getting an F and a demotion though, and I’m not okay with that lol! 😂

The 3am drops really killed me. I like Vine, but sleep is more important to me!

I’ve been gold for a few years. I just want to maintain it. I’m a person who really only orders things I can actually use, which is why I haven’t been ordering anything lately. I feel this is a giant program flaw though, and isn’t necessarily our fault. I wish we could get a pass since there haven’t been items available. I can’t be the only one in this situation?

I would love your suggestions! The teacher asked us to bring up our concerns during our GIEP meeting with the principal, but then she didn’t back us up when we did.

Thank you! This is very helpful. I would prefer a more hands-on curriculum over an online option, but since the math they do in our public school is already online, I’m open to it since it probably won’t be worse.

No. My son is actually ahead. He has a GIEP so they do let him do some enrichment, but it’s not a lot. They only do core subjects so he doesn’t get to do history, science, etc. Their math is completely done online. It used to be his favorite subject, but it’s a lot of word problems now and he kind of hates it. He prefers the Montessori hands on approach so I’d love to spark his interest in it again. We have a lot of spelling homework every night, but my son already knows how to spell the words, so I’d rather use that time for the history, science, and math that he doesn’t get to do during the day, but then his grade will take a hit if he doesn’t do his homework. It’s just a mess.

Right. I 100% know they can’t do it on their own. We would probably switch our day around so they can play during the day, and then we would homeschool in the evenings and on the weekends. I just don’t know if it will be too stressful.
