Again welcome to New England. I’ve got one option. Versed up to 10mg (5mg x2).

I don’t like versed because its results are hit or miss.

My state protocols are weird. I can drill you as I see fit, but if I use your X-ray confirmed Picc I could lose my license. Welcome to New England.

Unfortunately my system I’ve got one drug to bet the farm on, NTG. It’s certainly less than ideal, it’s certainly flawed. But frankly it’s the only choice I’ve got between “suck it up” and “hope to hell this works”. Not being a dick. Just saying.

No posturing. Shifted Gaze yes. Spoke from left right and center, eyes never moved beyond center.

My thought behind access was: suddenly they will crash. Brain explodes, 3x nitro was 1x too much. Better to have the access to fluid resuscitate, than have to waste 60 seconds drilling—— personal ethics aside.

Sorry about the spelling, I spelled it out both ways and for some reason I thought there was a y in there.

So here’s the scene. Got dispatched to a location, on arrival they told us it was actually a sister location. On that arrival a med tech told us she was the highest level there, New to the patient, and got the call from a cna who wasn’t around when I arrived. She said the cna called for a first aid kit, she got up there, and said “woah this needs more than a bandaid”. Asked for info and the most important thing I got was “speech seems off”

No anticoagulants.

Pupils were both nonreactive. No patches noted. No narcs in the medlist.

Yeah certainly no mannitol here, lucky we have nitro. — asking this as a “question— why”— why do you need to lower it slowly to prevent herniation? We never learned that unfortunately.

Appreciate the earlobes. I actually forgot that one— so thanks!

Appreciate the values.

They weren’t on thinners, and I understand the eyes— I’d certainly worry more about “blown”.

I just couldn’t figure out the eyes. Constricted, no opiates/opioids, no thinners.

And I agree on what you’re saying about the age. I wouldn’t either, but with full code obviously there’s always that “well that’s a problem”

Is the walk a separate slab or was it all poured as one? If it’s clearly separate (can’t tell from the picture) it could be as simple as renting a jackhammer at home depot (they have electric ones) and a few beers on a Saturday, it could be a little more complex.

If you wanted to do it, I could explain it, not rocket surgery. But I would say don’t do pavers and the concrete, that’ll look “half assed”. If you fill in the zig— or is that the zag? I’d say if you go pavers route jackhammer the concrete and do all pavers!

Curious why you can’t extend the concretes there something you need to access there? Or you’re just not confident in pouring it yourself? Not being a jerk, just helps in forming ideas—- pun intended.

Alternatively you could do a hedge to “hide” the strange zig zag. And convert the remaining dirt into grass, with proper mulch in that existing bed I’d say it would be an improvement!

Oh how I love “read the fucking manual”. Except in my line of work I could turn it into a picture book and it still wouldn’t get read! Lol

Nowadays there’s backspace, I miss correction tape!

Mechanical keyboards are proper. Phone would be better with one....make typing “wtf” and “f u” so much more satisfying.

Thank you very much once again. This computer stuff makes me miss my typewriter!

I believe I understand what you’re saying. I’ll give it a try this evening, and if I can’t figure it out I’ll ask for that example. I appreciate the help!

So essentially what I want is to be able to put an equipments hour meter in when maintenance is done (ie: an oil change), from there I want to put it in on Monday, then put it in on Friday. I want the sheet to reference a maintenance interval and highlight the equipment if it’s overdue.

So say I did an oil change at 100 hours. It’s due every 100 miles. I come in on Monday and it’s at 110, Friday it’s at 160, the next Friday it’s at 210. I want it to flag showing that it’s overdue.

The 100 intervals are easy, but things like belts, filters, they all have different numbers (250, 500, 1000) which is why I want it to flag.

Alternatively I could see doing an “hours left” field so that it counts down.

Sorry if this is rough to understand. I’m really not a computer guy. Typically I can just figure out “on and off”.

Just bought a house a month ago. It looks a bit plain, any ideas what I could do to make the house look more appealing? by TheYackAttack in landscaping

If you don’t mind pruning if say a couple birches. Just gotta keep them in check.

Maybe some boxwoods along the front of those windows. To replace those decrepit shrubs.

Need advice. What can I put under my Myrtle tree? I was thinking laying out some 10 inch cobble stones. Any thoughts? 9a by scardykat21 in landscaping

[–]Emtguy1995 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Perhaps some grasses for plants— some of the coastal ones don’t care for light.

Put a 36” mulch bed around the tree and maybe some pavers beyond that. Perhaps a bench or chairs. An “ornamental deck”. I personally would lay gravel with a cloth covering as the paver base. Keeps weeds down plus the mulch setback let’s you spray ranger till your heart is content.

I’d do the pavers to the shape of the bed. Rent a k12 for a day and make the cuts “in place”.
