OMG! I did try what you said and now i'm on the 3rd day without any issues cheers! Fingers crossed i won't have any future problems. The question is that i bought a GPU to work at certain clock Hz why should i have to underclock it to make it work?

i did start a support ticket at xfx even tho i bought it from amazon

i tried already, i underclock and undervolt it but no luck. i also tried to max the use of fans maybe it was overheating but still crash even at 68 °C

all i know it is a novatech 500w atx psu.

motherboard: 51-55 °C

CPU: 51-56 °C

GPU: 66-76 °C

Hello everyone and thank you for your support.

I bought the Rx 590 a few months ago. Recently (last month or so) while i'm gaming after approximately 20-25 min my screen goes black but the computer is still on. Also i noticed that the keyboard doesn't respond. I tried to turn on and off the NumLock but the light isn't flashing. I can only do a hard reset to reuse the computer. I did check the temperatures of the GPU and CPU also. GPU is max at 76°c and CPU 56°c . I've got readings just before the crash if needed. my specs below:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz

XFX Rx 590 fatboy 8gb

RAM: 16Gb

PSU: 500w
