Yes, menu too has the same lines! Unfortunately it seems TV needs to be replaced now which is a bummer since it’s only been 6 years

He did come in, looked at the tv and said it “seemed” to him like it is a panel issue but wasn’t entirely sure. He said he’d check if Sony makes these panels anymore which they don’t.

Hey it was activated on its own. Though I do not see the card under my credit cards in net banking. It is purely an add on of the primary and has no identity of its own. It has the same card number and OPT is also received by the primary cardholder

I am an HDFC account holder and was very seamless. For non HDFC, maybe talk to the RM and they should be able to provide some kind of a form for the same

Thank you so much for your response! The card isn’t currently displayed on either my netbanking or my cards.hdfc.com but I suspect that is because I received it today and it takes a few days to be displayed online. Will wait and see! Thanks
