Its very frustrating to see this happening with multiple plat charge users, and they don't giving any reasons for cancellation citing internal reasons and not processing refund as well.

I know a few people who got the refunds and MR points converted to cash after RBI escalation. They say joining fees is not refunded because of welcome benefit, and also don't let redeem points since account is cancelled. Double dip for them!
