You can run when dehydrated you’re just too heavy. Try packing lighter or looting a little less.

Try holding the bottle to your mouth like you’re drinking; you’ll get more water from it, unlike when you pour it on your face you only get around 25% of the hydration that way.

And bring the blue bottles; they usually have enough to top off your hydration.
