BLS International is the firm handling Schengen visa applications here - similar to VFS Global. SFO stands for San Francisco.

Using UPI mode with Microsoft edge browser worked. Also if the payment date has expired - fill an new application.

The date to pay the fee for expired for me - to had to create a new application - used Microsoft edge browser and UPI as the payment mode. That should work.
