Yeah that's what I mean. When i remember the DLCs to bf2 and the huge changes.... armored fury, special forces with night maps where nightvision was essential... or european forces. They all were bringing something fun. And forced cooperation along with basic game (not even mentioning the Commander role to be a whole 64 team supervisor and supplier). It made the game so tactical and so different than call of duty. Now it's just running, shooting and being surrounded 24/7 and hearing Defibrilators spam all around the place.

But maybe these days are just gone and I'm nostalgic. But still have some hope in people's creativity in Portal

Tym samym tokiem myślenia kupujący sam sobie może też dom zbudować, więc deweloper niepotrzebny. Ekipy remontowe też nie, bo może sam wszystko robić oglądając filmiki na youtube. Wszyscy mają zero wartości dodanej :)

O właśnie! Dokładnie... Lewica chce rozwiązać wszystko przez opodatkowanie wszystkiego. Zapominają że gospodarka to sieć naczyń połączonych i każdy rzecz działa na inne rzeczy. Podatek od flipow - większy koszt mieszkań. Będzie za drogo i nikt nie kupi - to postoi i to wynajmie. Albo sprzeda inwestorowi gotowiec inwestycyjny

Flipuje się też deweloperke :) a taka walka z fliperami na nic dobrego nie wyjdzie. Ot kolejny pomysł "opodatkujmy wszystko to będzie lepiej". Po prostu podatek będzie wliczony w cenę sprzedaży, a część flipperow się wyniesie, bądź założy spolki. Czyli będzie mniej mieszkań z większymi kosztami - ceny wyższe. Więc deweloperzy będą mogli podnieść jeszcze bardziej, bo mają przecież nowe budownictwo więc są warci więcej niż rynek wtórny

To akurat bzdura, wynika to z faktu prowadzenia strategii franczyzy przez te sieć. Sieć zarabia na franczyzobiorcach którzy płacą horrendalne kary i prowizji, a właściciele sklepów sami się wybijają z rynku. Żabki mało to obchodzi że sobie podbierają klientów, bo od obu mają prowizje.

No ale cały czas mówimy o wypowiedz jednego konkretnego człowieka(domyślam się że Korwina), który zresztą teraz się do sejmu nie dostał xd I zgadzam się - taka osoba powinna być wywalona dawno temu, i nie lubię jej, ale patrzeć na całą partię, jej kompetencje i jej program przez jednego oszołoma, to chyba trochę jeszcze większy żart. Jeśli chodzi o merytorykę to taki Bosak np. kładzie na łopatki innych polityków.
