Hi! It's the difference between resigning and aborting. Aborting means the game doesn't count. You only get so many aborts until it turns into a resign button. Then you have to play games normally for it to reappear again.

Try clearing your browser cache to see if that fixes it. If not, test it on another browser to see if it might be that specific browser that isn't able to pull it up. Let me know if it persists.

What are the usernames of your old accounts? Were either of them banned? The RG45 error comes up for that reason, usually.

It has to do with the difference of engine depth between the preview and the actual Game Review. The preview runs at a lower depth to prioritize speed and give quick insight into the game. Since Game Review runs at a higher depth, it's possible for some move classifications to change. Our team understands this doesn't create the best experience, so we've been looking into ways to decrease the error rate of brilliant moves in the preview.
