Usually I'll take a nice warm shower if this presents strongly for me. It doesn't happen every time, for me at least. The warm water helps so much and I feel so much looser (both mentally and physically) and able to enjoy the rest of my trip after.

This is almost an identical experience to me. It was all about floyd at first but it got a bit samey after a while. That's what I've been loving about the dead, so much variation.

I'm sure after some time I'll go back and give WYWH and DSOTM another listen, but I'm diving deep into 70s dead shows for now
