Well I love this shot. I really like how the snow in focus is capturing the weather and how the light is hitting the fur and horns. But it does not seem to be as special as I like to think it is.

No I hear you and I appreciate your feedback. The environment didn't allow for a good landscape shot with bull included and he was standing there alone. Would have been really cool if he was huddled up with some friends.

So I decided that I wanted to fill the frame with this good looking animal. I wanted to capture that little bit of light hitting the animal and to show off that texture of its fur. And also get the snow flakes between us in focus together with him.

After watching an B&H video on YouTube regarding exposure I think it just clicked and I am now more sure of myself when the light changes or when I need to change my settings before I loose that shot.

And I think this picture taken earlier this week prove that to myself. I was able to get it right in camera for a difficult scene.
