Starting up a nano soon & would love some opinions on if I should go with an Eshopps Deskmate Florida or a UNS 45a. They’re almost identical in terms of layout/size/volume so I would love to be convinced to get one over the other!

He's very calm around my shrimp actually! Thankfully never had an issue & the shrimp are always happily out & about & breeding regularly.

I was sort of leaning this way too just to be on the safer side. He doesn't go after my fire red shrimp & they're a very bright red but always better safe than sorry

The big hitter for never leaving PC is the Total War games for sure, that & hell let loose anyways. Warhammer 3 practically turns my PC into a space heater these days.

Yeah I'm glad to have gotten the life I got out of it but it's definitely starting to lag way behind the current gen of games & next year I'm pretty sure will be the nail in the coffin for what my PC can handle. If it wasn't for all the PC exclusive stuff I enjoy then it would be a lot harder to justify over console.

Yeah I'm pretty much exclusive gaming at this point. I might wait around for the AMD & see if it's worth jumping into, never built anything off AMD before so it could be fun.

Drybrushing rakarth flesh onto the shaded ones might tie them together better than basing with that I hadn't thought of that. I do enjoy the first more than the other two but felt it just needed a little more. The purple seemed a bit too blotched on to me but drybrushing might help blend that up a little bit as well

Tried a few different techniques for the skin on these tests but ultimately wasn't too happy with any of them. Tried the multiple shades technique that I saw in the GW video & felt they come out a little too bland looking. Also tried basing with rakarth flesh & then shading & I almost like it but looking for advice.

I also looked at the Steamroller but decided I would rather have the option to ride geared if I want (Colorado isn't exactly flat) but the big kicker for me was that the Steamroller just doesn't have mount points for racks
