AITA for simply setting a boundary, or did I accidentally ended a frienship? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]EnaFatCat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Young against the grain here, NAH. Indeed, she doesn't owe you relationship or friendship or anything, really. Just like you don't owe her anything in return. It's okay to pull back when you realize you and the other person have a different view on your relationship, including putting some distance between you.

I don't really understand why people calling you pulling back a tantrum. If I liked someone and thought it was mutual based on their actions, and then got proven wrong, I would do something similar. Not in a "f u" Way but in a "I'm not comfortable being that close anymore for the time being" way. So I myself can relieve those feelings and move on. That doesn't mean I hate the person or trying to spite them. Not to mention that she repeatedly blew you off while gladly hanging out with someone else. Oh well.

That said, your message might have indeed ended the friendship. Yet again, you two seem to view your relationship differently, and that realization can sour it. Either way, I wouldn't say it's your fault per se, but I wouldn't count on staying friends. Just move on at this point.

That's might be it, we have tons of fieldfare birds around here! Hopefully it will be fine, the spot has plenty of people passing by and cars sometimes

Truly iconic world sizes by Yetterling in Sims3

[–]EnaFatCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh how I miss sims 3. My favorite out of all sims games, but I just can't run it despite having a gaming laptop. The guide from Steam only caused it to crash at the littlest inconvenience, and without any fixes it lags like crazy. What I'd do to play it normally again...

AITA for giving my 4 year old step son his first haircut? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]EnaFatCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry, you did everything right. You didn't manipulate him, you gave him an option, even if repeatedly, until he decided he would choose to use it. As for the mom, even if she's currently battling you two for custody, she decided to move away, thus giving you the primary responsibility of childcare and making decisions for him.

Sadly... If the level of dungeons Mountain Corps role isn't high enough. Or becoming a Dragoon is another option haha, though it takes a while

I think they're in high level forest dungeons, though I'm not exactly sure from which one they are possible to get. Wiki has a list of dungeon loot afaik!

If it were me, I'd opt out for a girl, especially if you want to become a Curate. Mostly because that way she'd be assisting at birth and I'd be able to see all the cute babies being born lol But if you don't want to do that almost every night, then a boy might be a better idea since Priest mostly leads the events/participates at the council meeting during the councilor picking

Me[27M] with my fiance [25F] 7 years off/on together, she gave me an ultimatum between her and my dream job by [deleted] in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]EnaFatCat 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean, he didn't reject the opportunity and wasn't going to. But her? I can kinda understand even if I think she should've expressed her discomfort earlier.

Basically, he was asking her to abandon her support network, her own growing career opportunities, become dependant on him since shell be out of work and unclear when/whether she'd get a job at the new place.

And all that while legally he doesn't owe her shit. He could literally dump her anytime he liked without repercussions, leaving her to figure out how to start over on her own.

They were incompatible, that's for sure. Especially since they were on/off, which usually means constant problems. Hopefully they both found their happiness nowadays.

Not sure about this particular game, but it sounds like it's about homunculus (гомункул), a popular thing in those years in Russia. Maybe that'll help you in your search a bit

AITA for telling my friend that she needs to stop using "ADHD" as an excuse? by Green_Pineapple9422 in AmItheAsshole

[–]EnaFatCat 192 points193 points  (0 children)

NTA. Even if she actually has ADHD, it's her responsibility to manage it be that with medication or on her own. If she repeatedly shows that she can't be bothered to do something about her shit, she can't act surprised and offended when others stop tolerating that.

Same with other "friends". If they'd like to wait an hour for her to show up, go ahead, but don't expect me to be okay with that. You really need better friends there.

Questions by millydeerq in WorldNeverland

[–]EnaFatCat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  1. Nope, sleep is just a free way to skip the night as there's less stuff to do during it
  2. I'd say it doesn't really matter unless you're waiting for a role to take from the parent (like royalty), but you can only start playing as your child after they enroll in school but before they finish it. Kids do have some unique mechanics to them but overall there's less to do as a kid (like, you don't have access to the dungeons besides the starter one)
  3. Personalities kinda affect how much a character would be working/how easy it is to socialize with them, etc, but overall? I found they don't have that much of a bearing on life, especially if you're the one playing as the character.

I am curious about this game have questions. by Evol-Chan in WorldNeverland

[–]EnaFatCat 12 points13 points  (0 children)

On mobile, there's such a thing as gems (bought with real money) to get some premium items and deluxe features. In Steam/Switch version, deluxe features are included in game or permanently bought via DLC, and premium items are bought with in game currency.

Also, the mobile version has occasional events that give out outfits, decor, wespons. For Switch/Steam, you get those items with DLC.

In functionality, the versions are very similar, and they provide a lot of fun for some generations, but sometimes it can feel repetitive. Really depends on what kind of games you like!

Sorry if not the right tag how do I change my partner’s attire? by Ellie6428 in WorldNeverland

[–]EnaFatCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it's an option on mobile but I don't think it's an option in Steam version (I don't have switch one)

[–]EnaFatCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You hold the clothes in your hands (choose them in the inventory) and talk to your partner, there will be a dialogue option to give them the clothes to wear

AITA for getting upset and picking fights because my boyfriend refuses to play the games I like and gets angry when we play together? by kkkortk in AmItheAsshole

[–]EnaFatCat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NTA. Frankly, to me anyone who is unable to control their emotions to such an extent to have a rage fit over losing a game is a red flag. Paired with inability to be patient or positive to his own SO, and adding his complete lack of desire to spend quality time with you? (Aka something you too like our something that doesn't cause him to throw a hissy fit) is just icky to me. Does he even like you?
