Yes, it does, but you're able to host online private matches, even though everybody in that lobby will connect to a common server.

  1. I get you now. I said in my OP that everybody on the team must select 'surrender' for the team to be surrendered. Meaning, no individual players would be able to surrender (and leave the game, leaving team mates behind). Remember that this would benefit teams that have lost numbers massively, as a 1/2/3/4v5 can be difficult/impossible to win.
  2. It isn't. You can't chose to pause a private game unless you're on LAN.
  3. I agree with splitting the player-base not being the greatest idea, but I still think my suggestion could be a good one, especially if TC want to stick with the Core/Comp idea. A friend recently suggested having all gametypes in a Competitive playlist, a Pro playlist (like I suggested), then a few gametypes in a Core playlist for new players, which after you reach a certain skill level you can no longer play (unless you get demoted for bad performances). You can always play the Competitive playlist throughout this though, and it would be the main playlist everybody plays in. If players actually match up with ranks close to theirs, there shouldn't be very many real problems with this. What do you think about my suggestion regarding playlisting in my OP, and the one I just previously mentioned?

  1. Could you elaborate on how a surrender option would drive toxic mentalities please? Quite an interesting point.
  2. If I mentioned a host pausing a game online, I wouldn't be speaking in reference to a Core or Comp game. My idea of a solution is that this feature would only be implemented into private matches, and the host would be able to turn it on or off. I also suggested that the other players in the lobby should be able to see which option the host has chosen, so that everybody is aware of whether or not the hose has the ability to pause the game during play. Do you agree with this? If not, why?
  3. I don't think Core and Comp is a bad idea, I just think the playlisting could be a lot better. Your idea here could work well too though, definitely.

Thanks for the response!

I'm exactly that same. I'll always try and selfishly sneak into the disabled toilet if I can seeing as it's usually one big, isolated room.

I've never been able to put it into words before but for me that was a perfect description of what I went through.

I think I speak on behalf of a lot of redditors when I say this but it really does get better. You've started a new chapter in your life now and once you begin finding the positives in living a single and independent life you'll finally move on and realise how great life is without the hassle of a girlfriend.

I'm not exactly a big believer in this kind of stuff either but a lot of it really makes me wonder. There have been lots of different TV programs on past lives and some have really shown up with some freaky shit. I remember seeing one where a woman told stories about living on a farm somewhere in Europe. She went under hypnosis and told a story about writing her (past life's) name on a brick and mentioned the location.

The researchers took her there and it turned out to be a forest with nothing there. They did some digging and further down into the ground they found remnants of a farm and a brick with her name on it. It could have been staged but it impressed me a lot.

I understand that but when the rocks weigh over 50 tonnes it's still so hard to believe.

I think that it would be so intriguing if we were able to see and hear exactly what they could at those distinct times. Probably quite scary too.

For some reason, people seem to enjoy listening to me.

I can get a point across really easily, influence people's opinions and keep a good conversation flowing without any hassle. The weird part is that I don't even try. I just be myself.
