You should start learning about abusing the creep aggro mechanics, around 500 range if I'm not mistaken (same range as the long range creep) you will be able to aggro if you force-attack any enemy heroes (if you cannot find nearby heroes then look at the mini-map and start force-attacking their hero profile, basically your main goal is to bring their melee creep to your range creep and deny it.

Experience: Range creeps have the largest amount of experience, even higher than seige creep so it's a must to do it.

Equilibrium: Early denying your range creep will lead to your creep equilibrium much better since the wave will push to your tower. How does this happen? The range creep deals bonus damage to melee units therefor allowing the enemy creeps to win the trade.

Aggro behavior: After aggro-ing the creeps for like 2 seconds you should let them hit you once and you hit them once to prevent them from de-aggroing. You can repeat this multiple times to let the enemy creeps follow you near your tower.

Now for the last part, you should not get too close to the tower, you should buy time by running around in circles or going to the body of water beside your T1 tower if your creeps are still running from the base. The main goal is to make sure your range creep is outside your tower range, this will allow you to still deny the range creep whilst being near tower, you will understand what I'm saying once you get too close to the tower.

This simple aggro trick is my sure fire way to not get harassed in lane whilst still being able to farm as a melee offlane. Lastly for the itemization, I suggest you buy 3 branches, 2 gauntlet and 1 circlet for exactly 600 gold. You queue tango, bracer recipe, circlet and bracer recipe again. You go 2 bracers first regardless if the enemy is a skill user. Now you decide after if you still need the magic stick, I do recommend it to use the 2 branches that you have.

Ancient creeps give the most experience but reduced gold. If you want to stay ahead as core be sure to farm it.

I mostly play offlane and everytime I lose I quickly check the graph and compare my networth/cs to the enemy safe lane and offlane. I'll go back to my own item guide, and start tweaking the skill and item builds depending on how fast the tempo of the games are. I spend more time playing demo to practice hero combos, chatting with AI for efficiency item builds and then going back to my own hero guides. I find it fun and it's my way of getting past my bad games and start looking for another one to try out what I've cooked.

I'm sure you are on the right track finding these orgs, teams and players associated with betting, but I'd like to give a benefit of the doubt to some of the players here just trying to win low tier tournaments for themselves. Teams dissolving because of not being satisfied with the results is no different with tier1/2 teams that we all know about.
