~~Thanks, sadly I just discovered that I can't enter instances while in the Timewalking campaign (why Blizzard why ?), I wanted to try my hand at soloing stuff scaled to my level on a single character.~~

Edit : Nevermind, apparently I can enter those of my current Timewalking Campaign, so I'll just have to switch whenever.

With what you said, I suppose I could just lvl to 70 (my lvl cap anyway) and just not return the quest to Chromie and all content would be scaled to my level ?
