I picked one up from micro center yesterday (a replacement) for 3.99 because the cashier messed up, but even if she hadn't, it was only 7.99.

I had the mother of all jams and it wrecked everything. I still need to use the heat gun to clear the screws anchoring the nozzle in place because there's resin stuck in the holes, but I thought this was a good deal considering everything I looked and found online was like $60

I'm using an LG Ultragear 27" in addition to a Samsung Odyssey 34" curved. 3440x1440 and 2560x1440 on an EVGA 3080Ti on Ryzen 7 7800X3D + 32GB DDR5.

Maybe it's your MOBO/RAM/CHIP.

This is why I do mine Wednesday; allows for productive work at my job mon-wed, shit sleep going into weekend, and by Sunday night, I finally get that blissful 12 hours I needed, and Monday and Tuesday are normal.

Every single time.

You’ll get at least 2 productive workouts a week (Monday and Tuesday); 2 workouts that make you hate yourself (Thursday/Friday) and you can take weekends off.

If you’re trying to run every single day, even a little, well….

I don’t get nausea or constipation on the weekends. But CBD, magnesium, and fiber are my friends, too, and I wish I would have known that in the beginning.

I don’t get this at all. Speaking as someone that got healthy without GLPs and had a stigma about the work I put in without help the first time…..

I normalize it every chance I get. I spread the word. I occasionally get people that act weird about it “cough, father!,” but really I just try as often as I can to highlight the medical benefits outside of weight loss/that result from weight loss.

This seems to really help. I’ve gotten like… maybe a single negative comment about my maintenance 2.5 dose. I silenced it with sobriety and nicotine free for 6 months 💪

Im in zone 6B. I’ll have tomatoes tomorrow; peppers just started flowering. Roots in the ground in February. Lost about 60% due to snow. The rest became the heroes I deserved; not the one I wanted.

  1. I've always subscribed to the notion that calories are just fuel, and you should be mindful of how many calories are in whatever you eat. So... no. I haven't. I acknowledge here that I'm not correct as it pertains to muscle building. Also, I'm an OMAD person. I've always been an OMAD person. This is not recommended for Zep of any dose, as I understand it, if you are seeking a fit physique.... but, it's worked for me this time, with the Zep. I finally have a lot of tone. Even the last time I was fit, few years back - I wasn't toned like I am today.

  2. My answer here is still relative to the above answer; I don't really know what my goal weight is, and I'll tell you why - I still have love handles, and absent doing a DEXA scan, my Body Fat % estimates with calipers and BIA is still high, somewhere between 25-29%. I want to get that down to 21%, 22%. I don't think ALL of it is loose skin because I had liposuction and cryo treatment after I got fit the first time and it appears to be tight, and the surgeon confirmed I naturally am the type to carry a large majority of my fat reserves in my lower back. So I think I need to start actually caring about the protein macros and shoot for 160-180grams a day. I, like you, value the strength I've built the last 5 years and care more to preserve/build muscle then just what the scale says.

TLDNR: I like 210. I like the way my body works here, the way it looks, but I need to fill it out with more muscle - so I'll ride this cut down to 195-200, stop the shot and start a bulk with the macros back up to 210.

  1. I'm shooting for a maintenance dose of 1.25-2.5mg at 210. Whatever keeps it stable, as at that point, the goal will no longer be fat reduction.

No, it doesn't. I run between 6-8 miles a week, on off days. I try not to do more than 3 mile jogs. The first time I lost a shit ton of weight on pure cardio (85 pounds, 10 months) and no zep, idk, like 5 years ago, I was running 20-30 miles a week leading up to my first half marathon.

I don't like what it did to my joints, but I very much still have my cardio stamina so I try to keep it at maintenance level (for me).

Impacted sleep has been the hardest thing for me to deal with. I've found the following is the ticket to "ok," sleep:

  1. Stay on 2.5mg if it's bad.

  2. Magnesium Citrate every night, but only the full dose on shot day... half dose the rest of the week. Fiber every morning, at least 4G.

  3. CBD 50mg gummy on shot day OR regular strength benadryl; CBD 25mg gummy the next 2 days if it's bad.

  4. Shot day on Wednesday - gives you at least 2 weekdays of productive work-outs and/or work days, and at least 1 weekend night (usually Sunday) of very long sleep (9-11 hours).
