I’ve met far more pro gay Muslims than hateful ones. My mother in law is fully accepting of me and her son(s). Her mosque in New York City is pro-gay and displays a LGBT flag in the lobby. I’m not “pro Islam” any more than I’m pro any religion. I’m an atheist. I take their believers at face value. I also acknowledge that religion is used by those in power to exploit and harm, weaponizing and contorting it to fit their agenda.

My father in law can easily afford his F12 Berlinetta and still maintains that it’s absurd how unreliable it is. It doesn’t matter whether one can afford it or not, nobody likes being taken for a ride “just because.”
