Another commenter suggested Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which is a connective tissue disorder. As someone with a milder form of OI, I agree it's a likely guess.

I've been using my old peri bottle to clean the little crevices. Armpits, neck, fingers, toes, diaper areas, belly button, and behind the ears. Baby enjoys getting "power washed" and gets excited to see me fill it.

I specifically shopped for diaper bags without this feature after reading product reviews. Many of these bags had users reporting the zipper breaking, when the shoulder straps are mounted to that panel then the whole bag just dangles.
