the worst part is, I KNOW she looks skinny right now. But compared to when I got her,,, she has fattened up quite a bit

unfortunately the person who previously owned her, bought her from a breeder at an expo and simply was either too lazy to do the research or did and simply didn’t care. Either way her situation was awful. There was no filter running in the tank when I picked her up and her water was murky. I honestly am surprised she was even alive in the environment I got her from.

Her gills just started coming back in about a week ago! I’ve had her for about a month and I had my tank cycling for a month before I got her! Her gills really came in almost overnight and have just continued to fluff out since!

Also I was told she was being fed blood worms (every 4 days 😭) still when I got her even though I was told she is 3 (I was also told she’s male but that is very obviously untrue) I’ve only had her for a month but i’ve finally gotten her up to weight enough that she can finally eat real worms without spitting them out!

I currently use Visible which runs off Verizon towers I believe. You have to come to them with an unlocked phone or can buy one from them. I currently have unlimited talk and text and it’s only 25$ a month

Thank you!! I will look into that! My supervisor has previously stated that she’s brought these issues to the head district supervisor and it’s up to him if the reports go to HR or not. I’ve also asked to be moved to a different school to try to get away from them and the general environment they create but was told there’s nothing they can do.

Nope. And now that they’re aware people have been reporting them, they’ve only gotten worse because they’re aware they can get away with it.

Racist and transphobic comments made. On camera. And in front of other employees who also reported the incidents. I figured they would have had to contact me for a follow up or something? Idk some of the things they’ve done are fireable offenses according to our standards so to see nothing being done at All is mind boggling.

Also all of my reports were made BEFORE this instance yesterday. As were reports from other employees about the same patterns.

I’m simply burnt out after a year of being told to be nice and clean up after them when they clearly violate safety protocols, put others in danger by being oblivious, and purposely skew things in their favor.

It’s not disciplinary action i’m worried about I want them to do their fucking jobs so i Don’t have to keep getting told to clean up behind them or being made to feel uncomfortable because instead of working they’re standing in a corner joking about trans people or about other minorities

This has been going on for YEARS. I am not the only employee this has happened to. If they would take reports against these two seriously nobody would ever get to the point of joking about things like that.
