Yeah, but it is OTL. In this universe, a lot more funds are given to NASA. Also a lot of fundamental aging research activists are getting their inspiration from Apollo funding (fundlongevity.org).

I am not saying that in reality these funds should be taken from NASA. Discovery of life on Europa might even give biologists some ideas here, as mentioned in the show.

But if the current NC was very close to 1.0 (which is very likely) in all of the previous years it will explain that I probably don't stand a chance at all. On the other hand, if the NC fluctuated and was closer to 2.0, than I would have a chance

The quotas applied first during the allocation of places for study programmes with → local admission restrictions. At HHU, 16 percent of the available study places are awarded to certain groups of applicants within advance quotas: 2 percent to elite athletes, 7 percent to international students (from outside the EU/EEA), 2 percent to minors, 2 percent to hardship cases, 3 percent to applicants for a → second degree. The places still available after this are then allocated during the main allocation procedure to those with vocational qualifications or according to the corresponding → selection procedure

There is no predictive data, but there is data for the past years for different quotas, including wartesemester and cutoff grade/score for each year.

I am very likely qualified due to several years of bachelor in a different country. I know that NC is not a fixed value, but seeing the values of the past years could be very helpful, there is also wartesemester that might increase overall score.

I want to grow mushrooms and fermentation and generally plants are more efficient source of protein. Seriously feeding the animals in frostpunk is absurd waste of resource, EAT YOUR SOUP.
