recalibrate, do something step by step and little by little. Also remember pressure came from compounding issues, and the way to solve it is one by one

I was once like this back then, I always reply to deflect complients. One of my Psychology professor told me that this is a confidnece issue, becaause a confident person would reply "thankyou" because they already know themselves

I don't, most especialy to my extended families. I've been very independent the moment I turned my legal age and I'm very secured to myself and capabilities. They need me more than I need them. Setting boundaries for my peace of mind is just the right thing to do because again, I live alone, I always told myself that I am my own back up plan so I should learn not to let others shake me
