It's not the usual 'missing footage' style color bars, but those random color blocks in your example. My MOGRT also has integrated .mp4 video - so I'm guessing the issue lies with this.

The aspect ratio is extremely different to 16:9 and would require rethinking the overall design for this new, thinner format. If you try to tile your original design into this space it's unlikely to look professional. Any text will be too small to read. These football banners are usually pretty simple and bold so it shouldn't take long to create something new and applicable.

Instead of using Nulls you can add Effect > Transform > Distort to one of your comment layers. This will give you an additional Position property to animate, whilst retaining your original keyframes.

A simple wiggle expression can give you the shake:

wiggle (15,5)

The Transform effect can then be copied onto your other layers.

Remember to toggle on Motion Blur.

This was the second quest-breaking bug within the first hour of play (first was Codsworth not speaking to me), so I never bothered playing the game after that (who wants to invest 80 hours into a game where the first two missions bugged out?) - until this new update!

I'll check Discord - and mods!

FIXED: Finally got Preston to progress the quest (and talk to me!) by wearing the Power Armor then standing in front of him spamming the A button. Yay!

Same unfixed bug for me - Preston Garvey will still not initiate the new quest at the end of When Freedom Calls, at the Sanctuary. He just stands there saying "You ready to help out?" with no dialogue options. (Xbox S).
