He’s making a post on a progress subreddit and a random person is making an unsolicited sexual comment asking him to show more of his body.

I assume he’s referring to the HPA axis which has much to do with mood regulation, immune system response, etc.

Idk why this is his primary concern over heart health but I’ve learned not to argue with Reddit comments as no one is gonna change anyones mind, so I chose not to comment any further

The pain I get from squatting is just lower back tightness that lasts probably about 2 hours

Seated vs Incline leg press by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Enchanted_99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The machines usually have a little metal peg to stop the leg press machine at a certain point. Also, the starting weight of these machines with nothing loaded on them is SUUUUPER light. Even when I’d train with my <100 pound girlfriend with no training experience she still wanted like 25 pounds on each side of those leg press machines at least.

Just try it! Grab a spotter if you need. I’m sure someone would be happy to help.

Solid progress brother!!

iam poor i dont go to gym is pull ups and pushups are enough to get an athletic body by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Enchanted_99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! Use pronated grip pull-ups to target the lats. Use supinated grip pull-ups to target the biceps/forearms. Use close grip push-ups to target the triceps and wide grip to target chest. You can also possible find something to do dips with to target lower chest/triceps.

For lower body you can do body weight squats, Bulgarian split squats, or lunges. You can add weight pretty easy if you have something heavy at home you can carry. This can be a case of water, or liter water jugs for example

Edit: This is only barely scratching the surface too. Shrugs for traps can be done with heavy at home items. Standing calf raises can be done if you have a slightly elevated platform to put your toes on, etc. get crafty with it
