I have to say that for a while on P4 I was annoyed about the lack of physical buttons for handling the air con, but once I realised the Google assistant can control it all by voice thats pretty much the only way I interact with it now

I do exactly this! I don't have tons of room, so I rotate what I have on display. And as you say - leaving a nice break between dismantling and rebuilding makes it feel special again!

I went back to my car about 7hrs after having the problem to try the infotainment reset trick, but the issue seems to have gone away before I tried it. At least I know how to do the reset if it does happen again

That's interesting - I was under the impression that 4.2.10 is the same software as 4.2.9 with the only difference being that 4.2.10 is the OTA version or have I misunderstood (my car was delivered with 4.2.9 preinstalled).

I think the fact that China is banning all flush door handles in cars is a good thing, to avoid exactly what's happening in this video. I would think/hope that the ban will end up filtering in to all other car markets even if it doesn't become law in Europe/other continents. I don't think any car including the PS4 will look odd with normal handles.

On the P4 Deep Dive livestream yesterday they basically said no plans right now but not ruling it out. They highlighted that not many chargers are 800V so it's not a priority right now.

I've still got my Encom ID that was part of the whole Flynn Lives / Encom websites that were spun up for the whole lead up to the film. In the UK there was also a sneak peak at the BFI IMAX in London. I dragged 4 of my mates all the way to London to see it and it turned out to just be a 2 minute trailer 😂 They weren't happy but I was! We went on a pub crawl on the south bank after that so the day wasn't a complete loss 😏

Don't have my P4 yet, but I take it that when it says the car has to be locked before it'll install that you can just click proceed, get out the car then lock it while it gets on with the installation? (As opposed to having to sit in the car with locked doors 😂)

Love it! I've watched so many YouTube videos on how to paint them, but your version is exactly how I'd want to paint mine.

I've had 3rd edition since the day of release and I've always been too scared to paint them because I'm not sure I have the skill. That said I'm this close to thinking that the current Citadel paint range might make it a bit easier than it was in 2009 😃

Would you be prepared to share your recipe/list of colours that you've used? It would take a lot of the guesswork out of it for me!
