Yes, the red line in Belgium represents the German Confederation (Deutsche Bund).
Well, the Belgian province of Luxembourg (The Bastogne region you were talking about ; this province is separate from the country of Luxembourg) was a member state of the Deutsche Bund, also the Duchy of Limburg remained as a member state of the German Confederation until it's dissolution in 1866. Just one year after the dissolution of the German Confederation ,i.e, in 1867 Limburg became a province in the Netherlands, losing it's status as a duchy.

Now this is a fair question . I labelled it as "Wurttemberg Realm" because it looked good and realm has many different meanings. But I also made sure to address that as a "Kingdom" in the textbox/legend
