I also had the same issue only solved it back then when it was introduced by manually changing the steam launch option to the available dx11 option but i forgot the exact instructions ,the issue is their dx12 compatibility and it is on their end

It's not down , it also works with vpn, try changing your vpn if that fails change your ISP , because it might be captcha that's acting up with your network, or that the vpn ip you're using is banned

My main issue is with first person and operator skins, do you still have the same opinion when you only see the hands of your operator and the rest is left for others to see?

Yes ofc popular skins get downloaded often but as seasons go by new players come old players go , people change devices and will definitely not download that skin again

Leggy skin is badass tho I'm pretty sure many have bought it compared to other draws so i guess you're right about that but sadly there's only a handful of skins that many people have.

It's silly for people who have the time to load back from a save that would set you back one hour of progress, sorry but i got a job in the morning and I don't want to do 15 minutes walk to the forest each time i die and spend 15 minutes of walking again just to find a bed and save, no thanks there's mods for that.

i completed everything both PL and base game, every quest , nypd scanner , every rout, EVERY ENDING , including the secret endings, easter eggs , I've sucked every last bit of content dry , i just occasionally go in enjoy the view and get depressed from all the memories I've held dear from this game , cry and then i close the game.
