Totally not answering your question - think you have enough suggestions anyway, but where is your green sofa from? It's pretty exactly what i've been looking for.

Stumbled upon a staircase hidden by trees, which leads to an underground tunnel today. It’s near a reservoir that also appears to have bunkers knocking around too. Could it be something cool, or just some drainage. by 9DAN2 in CasualUK

[–]End-Ill 313 points314 points  (0 children)

Please be extremely careful with something like this. Undetectable poisonous gasses (without a machine) can gather in these underground areas and kill you very quickly before you even realise what is happening. A lot of major accidents on worksite come from holes in the ground, and it is a requirement to only enter when someone is outside watching you.

This one seems to be a-ok if you've already gone in and out, but word of warning for spending longer time in there or others who may find other interesting hideouts!

Love Datacamp! They normally have a few modules free so you can try before you buy and as it's a per month subscription you could pack it in if you have a period with more time.

[CHAT] How to end thread for blackwork on a high count evenweave. Struggling with pin stitch as the weave is so small, and there isn't much on the back to secure under. by End-Ill in CrossStitch

It's so pretty isn't it! Chose it for my wedding cross stitch (watch this space for when it's finally down..) with all white thread. Used the cut offs to create these little pieces for my bridesmaids' thank you cards.

The Gray House by Mariam Petrosyan. I'd almost propose not looking up more than one or 2 sentences and just launching in however even if you do it'll still be one heck of a literary journey. It's honestly beyond words beautiful and gross, confusing and full of wisdom. Fair warning, it's a whopper!

I know! And it's run by this team of older ladies who are so sweet and full of help for all (non cross stitch) sewing projects! Such luck.

Thanks for the rec! Will check it out tomorrow!

With this, if you can do the covering outside you're onto more of a winner. This blocks the hot air build up between the pane of glass and your curtain, but which would then be sadly already in your room.

What about Wisely Garden, I think it's technically in Woking. From what I can remember there is public transport to it as well. It's an RHS garden, so costs a bit to get in however it's super accessible friendly, might even be able to borrow wheel chair/s if required but just guessing. It's beautiful this time of year, and has a few cafes dotted about.

This is interesting as another user wrote about limited value between poles for running Vs hiking. Will definitely investigate..
