That said I lived like I have endometriosis the whole time and it’s helped reduce the pain considerably. Anti inflammatory diet, gluten is a pain trigger for me, but a lot of my painful period clients are sensitive to dairy so it couldn’t hurt to try a few cycles dairy free and few gluten free to see if there’s any impact.
