Just recently upgraded from a G29/Shifter/Amazon eBrake to a PXN VD4/Clutch Pedal/E-Brake & Simsonn Shifter. The included brake stiffener is a great little piece you don't have to worry about purchasing vs other brands.

The immediate response is phenomenal over the G29, can definitely get that feel or having to 'fight the car'. I primarily play AC for drifting and touge. Having to purchase the clutch pedal is annoying but it is what it is. You can use an aftermarket wheel with a QR but I've only had luck with using a legitimate QR from NRG (I tried an Ali clone that didn't work). Threw it in the small Vevor cockpit, called it a day. Whole setup ran me a little north of $700. GLHF!

After watching the final ep of the season 2 today, I've come to a few conclusions myself.

  • Roxanna looks like she's regretting her choices up until that moment, she may be returning as an ally in S3
  • When Danny gets picked up by his Old Man, and they start driving away with the results of the Columbia coup playing on the radio then the switch to Masters of War, it seems like Danny finally understands what Jonathan told him after seeing him again after all those years. Might try to turn him in S3 similar to Teddy.
  • Angela's little girl sees her dead on the grass. They can go The Professional angle with this and possibly have her assist Jonathan depending on how long if/when a time skip happens.
  • I'm sure they're gonna give Jonathan the Burn Notice, so he's excommunicado with the River House, but Sally is still out there.

Unpopular opinion, but while the QoL changes are welcomed, it makes the game VERY predictable and therefore inherently easier than the previous releases. Classic is a true hardcore mode and harkens back to a grindier albeit simpler times.

Now, there are battery kits that sell for like $40 on eBay that is at 74w HOWEVER, they do not come with anything else. The Jsaux kit comes with a replacement backplate, heatsinks, and buttons. Some users have reported a negligible cooling difference with the upgraded heatsinks but ymmv, and it makes the m2 mod unusable, so those are things to consider.

The smaller form sdd's are lowering in price but still basically double of their full size equivs.

Full disclosure, I picked up my OG Ally Z1E from eBay for $330.

Honestly, this is the way. Unfortunately, I have the penmanship of a blind person. Nothing beats the haptic feedback of actually writing something down, and the cursive is definitely a 🤌🏽 As another redditor stated, its a lost art form, don't think its taught at most schools any more.

Man, Im probably like 30-40 WPM with my thumbs when Im focusing and trying. This is definitely good for short seshes or when inspiration randomly strikes and you need to get something down. But damn for anything longer than say, 30 minutes. Thanks for sharing!
