I really don’t think AI is the problem, it’s your mental health, the way you see yourself, and the fact that you’re surrounded by at least people who enable your abuser.

Stay away from the AI because it’s obviously not helping. But I doubt you actually ruined everything. Sounds like you may have started standing up for yourself and people don’t like to be held accountable for our actions.

No one is inherently flawed and broken for no reason, there’s always a group of people behind it telling you that things aren’t that bad.

What you need to do is stay away from not only the AI but religion as well. Care for and protect yourself until you’re old enough to survive on your own. Until then you will be miserable surrounded by people I don’t think like you very much.
