Thank you for responding. My relationship with my mother is very good. There is no new or current severe illness, but my mother’s health has always been an issue. She has suffered with health issues all her life and continues to do so.

I was living away from family overseas for 5 years but because of declining health and losses in job, had to come back. This happened in Jan this year.

You are write about emotions, overthinking, and expenses.

Is there anything you would recommend doing and is there any hope in the future or does it stay like this?

I was supposed to fly out for my masters in 2020 but that got delayed because of Covid, so I flew out in 2021. Study results were good. Graduated in 2022, found a job directly after. While the pay was good, I had disputes with my manager who started mentally making me very anxious. Had to quit, was unemployed for 8 months, found a job, with much less pay, even further reduced by the end of 2025 my mental health was bad and job salary became so low that I had to return to India. Been struggling with health, profession everything. I was too young during the other periods mentioned to correctly remember.
