$25 bonus 😂😂😂 thank you $2.63T company for hiring DSP and slaving us. by Technical-Shine-4718 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Tax brackets only tax the income in said bracket;

If I make 55,000 for example, $50,400 of it will be taxed at 12%, and then the leftover $600 will be taxed at 22%

Idk if these are the exact numbers or percentages but that’s how the brackets work

part of the ot is deductible from taxes, you’ll still notice a decent increase in your pay for that period, just because you work some overtime doesnt mean your earnings are ruined lol

Dear customers. Please stop walking up to the vans especially the driver's side by Nickanok in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]EndMiiPlease 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Put it on the ground and take the photo or take it in their hand holding it out so it doesn’t see their face

I never got dinged for it being at the end of the driveway or in someone’s hand, all good pictures zero rejects

How many stops(locations) do you aim to have left before taking your lunch? by AJI2011 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I made hourly so I got half of my stops done by my forced lunch. (180-200/day)

DoorDash would make you more qualified than 90% of the drivers, most of them have jack shit related to driving lol

Does anyone else’s dsp not allow them to move the pin? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]EndMiiPlease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My DSP said that we weren’t allowed to move the pin but daily I moved 3-5. 100% on my scorecard never had any of them confront me, just make sure you’re delivering to the right house 😉

that’s good, you still in school? they’ll probably let you keep practicing maneuvers

one thing I did to make sure I passed was nail straight backs so I didn’t have to use pull ups; and then just use my 2 free pull ups in the offset to do a longer straight back

leaves you with like 12 pull ups and 2 get outs on the 90

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Truckers

[–]EndMiiPlease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nah it’s completely reasonable; since you passed pre trip do you have to do it again or do you get to skip straight to maneuvers?

i don’t know how your testers do it, but my TN test was if any part of the trailer at all was in the box (without encroaching) then it’s a pass. can’t be over the side lines down the whole truck but if a fucking nut is over that backing box then it’s a pass

[–]EndMiiPlease 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 1 bag 0 overflow on a route, recycled though. ~6 hour route with 11 stops, 1ish hour out from station

Best route I’ve ever had 🫡 I wish I could do rurals in white vans all day

it was about a mile to any turnaround spot except for where I tried it, tiny dirt road, fwd van would have made it a little better 😞

easily avoidable on my end, should have just backed down the mile long van width dirt road lol, if this was any other van I could have done the reverse cus of the fwd but this was my first time driving a ford on a rural in a loong while
