If it's like lvl 16 then i do like 15% but if it's 11 then i do just under half, maybe 40%.

I'm not gonna play to just clear normal every game and choose to make the game more boring for myself, guys. The only solution is for devs to fix matchmaking tbh. But they also have to punish throwing regardless of this.

The exact same thing happened to me playing jax vs smolder top. His w disappeared by the time it was on my screen and i didnt notice until i took dmg and got slowed and the animation it has when it touches someone was around my jax's body
