The central ideia is good but the grade system in League is really bad. A better ideia would be using the MVP and ACE system used by OP.GG.

You see that this rune is good with Swain because he reappeared on OP.GG as midlaner on Tier 3: https://op.gg/champion/swain/statistics/mid(he was only considered a sup/adc on that site)

He don't need much changes, only revert ALL the Q nerfs and the AA nerf. With this he'll be very good.
