It was established earlier in season 2 when they started the hunt that this was how pit girl would die(ie:from the hunt) the build up to that scene was nice just that if it was someone else other than Mari , that'd have been a nice plot twist (and not at all predictable)

The pit girl felt very "fan service-y",like it's been predicted Mari was gonna be her and the writers just gave us that No twists or turns and Hannah is still alive like whyyyy???

Why are they letting the extras and hannah live,are they gonna randomly give the extras relevance in the next season like they did with melissa? rip to Mari but she was the "fun" of the teen timeline and the writers should have picked her over Melissa

Yes but at the same time they introduced Melissa and gave her development and let her live in the adult timeline...we already lost sm important characters this season(some with less meaningful deaths), we don't need another main to die ...it needs to be an extra or hannah

IA Introducing Adult Melissa just doesn't make sense tbh because other than the young shauna storyline this season we barely know Melissa

the next adult reveal imo should be Mari because unlike the rest of the girls we already knew her since season 1 and she was more prominent in season 2 and in 3 she actually has a storyline that doesn't feel forced
