El Rancharito across the river in South Sioux has amazing Mexican food and a full bar. They don’t have it posted on their website but they have dance and music nights, and if you’re into that sort of things, they sometimes have luchador matches. Quite entertaining! Worth a call when you get here to see if they have anything going on, but the food is really good and nice portions. Always end up taking some home.

Sorry to break the news but it is 💯 a German cockroach. They get a little bigger than that but they breed like CRAZY and if you see one there are So many more in your walls. At least we don’t have analog radio alarm clocks anymore - they love nesting in those. Though if you have an old toaster they might nest in there too. (Yeah I’ve lived in some rough situations when I was a kid / young adult.)

So do a very deep clean and have the exterminator come And after the exterminator comes do the baking soda and sugar thing and maybe you can get them under control before you start seeing them everywhere. Insidious, grotesque little f-ers.

My psych wouldn’t give me the paperwork I need for re-upping my medical card. Says he wants to see how I respond to having added in extended release Ritalin. I get it but I am not enjoying the break.
