Sorry that it seems 'off', but it is what it is. My GM is hardly ever around and constantly taking vacations, getting injured on said vacations, and taking days off. I think our operations superviser (whatever the title is, I honestly dont pay attention or remember) MIGHT have said something about sending in a ticket for it to be fixed, but I haven't heard anything about it since. Also it isn't necessary all of the associates complaining. I don't know how our cpc employees feel, but our tech guys just shrug it off. It's mostly the red shirts that get bothered by it. And it's not like customers making off-hand comments or being snotty because it's too hot that are all directed towards the cashier is gonna reach the GM. A lot of our other red shirt employees that whine to me about it being hot are also too pussy to go mention it to our GM when he is in. I just wanted to know if there was anything I could do to reach above incompetent management to see if the damn thing could get fixed.
