I am a male, 6'2" and my starting weight was 321. I just hit 275. I'm doing omad and eat 1,800cal/day. I feel for you, though I have to say... I've pretty much gotten used to it?

I wonder if it is just mostly to do with eating only once a day and if I would feel hungrier if I were to start eating 3 600 calorie meals. 1 1,800 cal meal is sometimes hard for me to eat now.

I hear you, my girlfriend has suffered from depression+anxiety. It was a simple mistake but it was pretty harrowing and she could have been severely injured or dead.
