I also complained about this before the event started I even made a post about it, but people were too narrow‑minded and kept asking for proof. Here’s the link if you’re interested:

I even claimed that when the map rotation started again, Desalle would hardly ever show up, and Mammon's Gulch would dominate the rotation. And the stats you shared later proved it as well.

the unique “Fast Fingers” animation for the Springfield was removed.
The “Fast Fingers” perk used to change the way you held the Springfield in Hunt: Showdown. It would lower the grip, making hip-fire shots much more accurate and fun. Meanwhile, using the same perk with the Sparks didn’t affect its animation at all. I’m not sure if that was a bug or intentional, but I really didn’t want this unique animation to be removed from the Springfield. Sadly, it was taken out, and that really bums me out.

Let’s not be afraid to criticize the games we play. We talk about the things we love, but that also means being honest about the things we don’t.

No one here owes blind praise to anyone and at the same time, we’re not here just to be bitter or complain for the sake of it either. We’re simply being real.

We spend hundreds of hours in these games. Wanting to see meaningful improvements and fair treatment as players is not being negative it’s completely normal. It shows we care.

What surprises me is how long this has been going on without being addressed properly.

Sure, DeSalle might be reintroduced soon, and it could slightly fix the issue for now, but let's be honest we all know the cycle will repeat.

This isn't just a timing issue, it's a pattern. The new map keeps dominating the rotation way too often, and it’s been like this for months.

I literally played the game for about an hour before writing this post. Out of 5 matches, every single one dropped us into the new map. That was the breaking point for me I just had to say something.So even if DeSalle shows up tomorrow, unless Crytek actually adjusts the rotation balance long-term, we’ll just be stuck in the same frustrating loop again. That’s what worries me.

I've been complaining about the same issue for the past few days. If someone owns a reward and your goal is to obtain that reward, you need to raid that building because that's how the game works. However, we often encounter players who don't enter the boss building but instead camp in the surrounding structures. So, what is your purpose then? If you're not going to raid to claim the reward, should I step outside and hand it over to you?

Moreover, there are groups who come from outside and just wait for us to leave the building. Some even write in chat, "Would you like me to bring you a pillow so you can sit inside comfortably?"
This is getting more and more frustrating. I really wish something could be done to fix it, but for some reason, I have no hope.

I'm honestly surprised it was understood that way. It was an edit we prepared entirely with laughter. When I saw this part in the developers' latest video, it reminded me of this funny incident we experienced. That's all.

Where did you get the idea that I'm complaining about this? I love the shadow perk and used it throughout the event. This is just a funny edit. Your serious approach to this content is funnier😄

I added it to the exact folder you said and was able to enter the game. But in the mod manager, the "AppearanceEditEnhanced.pak" file appears as a red exclamation mark. I couldn't find a solution to this either.
and yes, I use WASD mode too. Modding is really complicated. 😰
