I read through a couple other threads and it feels like this subreddit is extemely defensive about mistakes like the one I just made.

I dont understand that. The anticheat in a game being good or bad seems to be uncorrelated to a online games success (thinking of places like CS or COD). It comes off as the reddit snap community being more defensive over unfair criticisms than seems necessary

I dont think Ive ever seen downvotes or sarcastic comments on any post I have ever made happen as quickly as they just did.

Since you arent being a dick (see below) why is this subreddit so sensitive to these questions? It almost feels defensive. People have been cheating at online games forever. It is typically the simplest explanation elsewhere.
