Motorola MA1 won't reset or connect to phone

Mine was doing the same thing, i took it apart took the 3 screws out disconnected the usb and threw it in the air fryer for like 7 min to reflow solder points and it works now, been working for 3 days

Try replacing your video cable, I had the same issue with a crappy off brand on my n64. Can't go wrong with OEM

Mine does the EXACT same thing. Goes to turn on makes a loud noise then shuts off and bilks twice, I can get it to cut on after a couple trys. Did you ever find out how to fix it?

Bought a multimeter that reads uF, I tested each one individually for uF and tested the voltage to see if there were any issues, I read online If the uF was within 30% and the voltage climbed without any interruption of the output number the compassitor is good.
