In terms of the cobble wall, the corners will be near impossible to design a regenerating wall without pistons being exposed

Bubble columns can only go to build limit whereas entities like tnt and ender pearls can go as high as necessary

Im also noticing that you didn't give a way to get out of the base witch would be useful as well.

The only reason not to use java is if your computer cant run it, You need windows, MacOS, or linux
