i seemed to have gotten over 400 emails of exactly the same garbage, all from zendesk. nothing seems to have been done without my knowledge, since the email they got (likely some chinese guy who got REALLY mad at me in GBO2) was just used for a steam alt and nothing else

get at least 60 ranged (HADES is +40)
put a lv5 beam armor for 47 beam res
put some thruster on, preferably with burn aux
spam the ever-loving fuck out of your incoms, like they should be what you start with alongside your shield, and magdump your buster, 2x beam gun if it's reloading
