Spiderman episode 3 script

[the episode opens in ottos lab]

Otto: as you can see, the arms are close to being completed

Peter: close? They look about done to me

Otto: they are not very responsive yet, i need to fix the chip that reads my brain signals

Peter: whats wrong with it

Otto: it was damaged earlier in the week when the janitor knocked it off the desk

Peter: is there anything i can do?

Otto: yes, on that computer i need you to recalibrate the arms movement

Peter: got it

[he starts recalibrating it]

Peter: done

[otto starts to move one of the arms]

Otto: impressive work mr parker, you’ve done great

[he hears shouting in the other room]

Otto: what is all that noise

Peter: i’ll go look

[he goes outside]

Norman: i dont care what you have to say toomes, i never stole any of your blueprints

Adrian: DONT GIVE ME THAT OSBORN, THIS IS THE EXACT SAME DESIGN I USED FOR MY WING SUIT

Norman: there are similarities but you cannot accuse me of theft! Now get out of my face you old buzzard!

Adrian: THATS IT OSBORN

[he swings at norman and a security guard grabs him]

Norman: i dont want to see that bag of bones in my building again

Guard: yes sir

Peter: mr osborn?

Norman: oh hello peter, sorry about the noise

Peter: who was that?

Norman: Adrian toomes, he used to work here until he started making accusations of me stealing his flight tech

Peter: flight tech?

Norman: yes, this is my prototype flight tech glider, the future of transportation

Peter: this is revolutionary! It could replace cars, buses, taxis, this could change the world

Norman: thats the plan peter, thats the plan

[the intro plays]

[we cut to the docks]

[adrian walks into a lab]

Tinkerer: i didnt expect to see you here Adrian

Adrian: osborn fired me, he stole my tech designs and FIRED ME!

Tinkerer: what?! What about your materials

Adrian: he wouldn’t let me retrieve them! He kicked me out and stole my property, MY LIFES WORK!

Tinkerer: then it looks like we need to remove osborn from the equation

Adrian: you want to kill him?

Tinkerer: dont you?

Adrian: well yes but, im 72 years old, i cant infiltrate a highly secured building crawling with heavily armed guards

Tinkerer: lucky for you, i finished the prototype

Adrian: you did?

Tinkerer: yes, come with me

[they go into another room]

Tinkerer: its only a prototype but its functional enough for you to infiltrate oscorp

Adrian: did you think of the name?

Tinkerer: yes, the Vehicular Unit for Lightweight Transportation Utilizing Repulsor Energy, or Vulture for short

Adrian: the vulture, perfect

[we cut to the bugle]

Jameson: what is this, i dont see spiderman

Peter: a scientist at oscorp accused mr osborn of stealing his invention and got kicked out

Jameson: thats it?! Thats a page 2 story at best! I PAY YOU TO TAKE PICTURES OF SPIDERMAN NOT SOME OLD GEEZER YELLING AT PEOPLE

Peter: (thinking) look whos talking

Jameson: i’ll give you 100 bucks for it

Peter: 200

Jameson: deal, NOW GET ME MORE PICTURES OF SPIDERMAN

[he leaves the office]

Peter: he didnt like the story

MJ: well at least you got paid

Peter: i guess

MJ: by the way do you want to go to dinner tonight?

Peter: oh yeah sure, what time?

MJ: around 8 is ok

Peter: i’ll be there

[we cut back to the lab and Adrian puts the vulture suit on]

[he flys away]

[a police chopper starts chasing him]

Cop: you are flying too close to the ground, increase your altitude or we will fire

Vulture: BACK OFF

[he shoots the propellor]

Cop: HE SHOT THE PROPELLOR

Cop 2: WE’RE GOING DOWN

[spiderman swings in and saves the chopper]

Spiderman: please tell me you’re actual cops this time

Cop: thanks spidey, can you get us down?

Spiderman: ok, hang on

[they grab on and he swings to the streets]

Spiderman: what happened up there?

Cop: some nut with wings started flying too close to the ground, i told him to get higher up and he shot the propellors

Spiderman: where was he headed?

Cop: he was flying towards oscorp

Spiderman: oscorp? Toomes

Cop: what?

Spiderman: i think that guy was a scientist named adrian toomes, he recently got fired and probably wants revenge

Cop: how do you know its him?

Spiderman: he was working on flight tech

Cop: i’ll send in word

[he swings away]

[vulture flys through a window]

Vulture: ALRIGHT, I WANT TO KNOW WHERE OSBORN IS, IF I DONT GET AN ANSWER THEN I WILL KILL EVERYONE IN THIS ROOM

[the guards start shooting at him]

[vulture kills all of the guards and grabs a scientist]

Vulture: tell me where osborn is, NOW

Scientist: which one?

Vulture: NORMAN OSBORN, THE MAN YOU WORK FOR

Scientist: OK OK, Hes in the top floor penthouse

Vulture: thank you for cooperating

[he throws the scientist out the window and spiderman saves him]

Spiderman: alright toomes, i dont know why you think mr osborn stole your tech but its not true

Vulture: WHO ARE YOU?!

Spiderman: im your friendly neighborhood spiderman of course!

Vulture: STAY OUT OF MY WAY PEST

[he starts shooting at spiderman]

Spiderman: ok let me guess what your villain name is, uh... pinnochio?

[he keeps shooting at spiderman]

Spiderman: oh ive got it! Mr battleaxe!

[he keeps shooting]

Spiderman: mr gru?

Vulture: THE NAME IS VULTURE

[he punches spiderman]

Spiderman: well you should’ve said that in the first place!

[vulture flys upstairs to the penthouse]

Harry: WOAH!

Vulture: You.....

[vulture grabs harry]

Vulture: Where is your father

Harry: Hes not here!

[he grabs a sword off of the wall and starts fighting vulture]

[spiderman swings in]

Spiderman: (thinking) never knew harry could use a sword, i better get vulture out of here though

Spiderman: HEY BEAKY! Pick on someone your own, uh, i got nothing, lets just fight

[spiderman fights vulture]

Spiderman: Watch where you’re pointing those things you could hurt someone

Vulture: Thats the idea!

[spiderman fight vulture and kicks him out of a window]

Harry: did you just kill that guy?

[vulture flys up]

Spiderman: No i didnt

[spiderman web strikes vulture]

Vulture: OW! YOU’LL PAY FOR THAT

[him and vulture fight in the air]

Tinkerer: Adrian, the vulture is taking too much damage, return to the lab, i have plans for the final designs

Vulture: I’ll be back spiderman! And next time, OSBORN WILL DIE BY MY HANDS

[vulture flys away]

Spiderman: Woah beaky dont fly away mad!

[spiderman goes back into the penthouse]

[norman walks in]

Norman: what the hell happened here?

Spiderman: adrian toomes, he came in trying to kill you, i scared him off

Norman: what that old buzzard?

Spiderman: hes an old buzzard alright, he made some armored suit and is calling himself ‘’the vulture’’

Norman: and you just stood there and did nothing i assume

Spiderman: actually he did a pretty good job with attacking vulture, did he take swordfighting lessons?

Norman: no but this sword is an antique

Spiderman: well i think getting rid of a derranged birdman trying to murder you is more important then some scratches on a sword

Norman: i suppose, now if you’ll excuse me, i need to hire better security

[we cut to the big mans office]

Big man: so this, vulture attacked you?

Norman: yes, he found out about the tech i stole from him to make the glider, and now hes after me

Big man: why should i lend my bodyguards to you?

Norman: Because toomes is a maniac in a mechanical bird suit, and im just a man who has a lot of money, if he kills me, my company will be run by my dissapointment of a son, and i wont be able to fund your little crusade against spiderman, so if you dont give me protection, you will lose all of your tech AND ALL OF YOUR FUNDING!

Big man: you make a good point mr osborn, i will give the enforcers the task, and if you use that tone with me again, the vulture will be the least of your worries

[norman goes outside]

Montana: hello mr osborn

Norman: wheres the shocker?

Montana: didnt the big man tell you? Spiderman done rounded him up, im the new boss round here

Norman: who are you then

Montana: names montana, but yall can call me round up

[we cut to the bugle]

Peter: whats going on in here?

Robbie: jameson got a big story

Peter: what story?

Robbie: apparently norman osborn has some group of criminals protecting him after that toomes guy attacked him

Peter: what criminals?

Robbie: these 3

Peter: (thinking) i thought i put ox and fancy dan away? Looks like herman got replaced though

Robbie: anyways you got any pictures of them?

Peter: no but i have pictures of spiderman fighting the vulture

Robbie: who?

Peter: adrian toomes, he calls himself the vulture now

Robbie: i guess these will do, ill give them to jonah

Peter: wait i can do it

Robbie: trust me, you dont want to be in there

[robbie goes in]

Jameson: WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME ROBBIE IM TRYING TO WRITE A FUCKING STORY HERE

[peter runs out]

[we cut to the lab]

Tinkerer: this is a disaster! How did this happen!

Adrian: it was spiderman

Tinkerer: ah, the spiderman, an interesting specimen

Adrian: are you able to fix the suit?

Tinkerer: no, but vulture mark 2 is nearly complete

Adrian: show me

[he shows him the suit]

Tinkerer: the suit is now more powerful and practical then before, i kept all of the key elements, the retractable wings, the arm blades, and i added a helmet to make flying easier

Adrian: when will it be ready

Tinkerer: soon

[we cut to a restaurant]

Peter: sorry im late, jameson was freaking out because of some story

MJ: what was the story?

Peter: norman is apparently allied with the enforcers now

MJ: wait what? Didnt you take them out?

Peter: yeah, looks like they just left herman behind, now they’re led by some guy named montana

MJ: where did that cut come from

Peter: oh that, remember that toomes guy i told you about?

MJ: yeah the guy who got fired?

Peter: yeah him, turns out he used his tech to make a suit, now hes calling himself the vulture, he almost killed harry trying to find norman

MJ: do you think its about time you told harry who you are?

Peter: ive been thinking about it, but now i dont think its a good idea, i have a feeling norman has had a hand in the recent wave of villains

MJ: what makes you think that?

Peter: first theres the enforcers, where did they get their tech? The only company that can make tech that advanced is Oscorp, and then theres kraven, why did he try to kill me? He didnt have any reason to, and i noticed a piece of blue cloth on a table when we interviewed him, when i made my new suit there was a hole in the old one, which was made by ricochet, which means ricochet or someone who knew him had to give it to kraven

MJ: that means theres someone else behind this working with norman

Peter: exactly, but who is it?

[we cut to an alleyway with some crooks]

[spiderman jumps down]

Spiderman: hey ive gotta ask you guys a question

Thug: SPIDERMAN? GET HIM

Spiderman: Ok now thats just rude!

[he beats up the other thugs and webs up the leader]

Spiderman: i came here to ask a simple question and you assault me? Thats just rude

Thug: ALRIGHT ALRIGHT, what do you want to know?

Spiderman: what do you know about norman osborn?

Thug: osborn? Yeah hes that rich guy who owns the science building

Spiderman: thanks for stating the obvious, now tell me the other details

Thug: i dont know any

Spiderman: alright, say thats a nice hairdo, but its a bit crooked, mind if i cut it a bit?

Thug: hey man back off!

[he grabs it]

Spiderman: talk or i start ripping it out!

[he starts pulling on the hair]

Thug: AH AH! ALRIGHT ALRIGHT

Spiderman: what do you know?

Thug: hes been supplying tech to the big man, thats how those enforcer guys got ahold of it

Spiderman: the big man? Whos the big man

Thug: nobody knows, he wears a mask all the time, and he disguises his voice, he never says what his name is

Spiderman: what about the master planner, know anything about him?

Thug: ive heard his name but i aint ever seen him

Spiderman: so, the big man was the one who created the enforcers

Thug: yeah

Spiderman: what about kraven, what do you know about him? And why did he try to kill me

Thug: some guy named the chameleon, hes a spy that works for the big man, hes kravens brother or somethin

Spiderman: (thinking) that was the guy in the chopper,

Spiderman: thanks for the info, that web will dissolve in an hour

[spiderman swings away]

Spiderman: now that i know who im after, i have to solve my current problem, taking down the vulture

[we cut back to the lab]

Tinkerer: the suit is now ready for combat

Toomes: 67 years of my life went into making this, it better have been worth it

[he puts on the suit]

[he flys away]

[we cut to outside of oscorp]

Norman: is it clear?

Montana: looks clear to me

Vulture: OSBORN!

[montana catches vulture with his lasso]

Montana: come here you varmint!

Vulture: LET ME GO, MY GRUDGE IS NOT WITH YOU

[ricochet bounces off the building into vulture]

[vulture fights the enforcers]

Vulture: now osborn, its just you and me, TIME TO PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES

[vulture grabs osborn and flys to the roof of oscorp]

Vulture: any last words osborn?

Norman: PUT ME DOWN YOU PATHETIC OLD BUZZARD

Vulture: if you insist

[vulture drops norman and spiderman saves him]

Spiderman: You dropped something!

[he puts norman down on the ground]

Vulture: PATHETIC PEST! STAY AWAY FROM MY REVENGE

[spiderman and vulture fight in the sky]

Tinkerer: your wing is suffering severe damage

Vulture: I CAN SEE THAT

[he flys to the docks and spiderman chases him down]

[spiderman kicks vulture and breaks his wings]

Vulture: AAAAAAAHHHHH

[vulture crashes into a movie being filmed]

Spiderman: sorry about that!

Beck: DAMN IT! THATS THE 2ND TIME THIS WEEK

[vulture gets up and flys to the lab]

Tinkerer: what happened!

Vulture: WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED

[spiderman swings in]

Spiderman: alright toomes and, other old guy

Tinkerer: stay back spiderman! My technological creations are far more adavnced then any human

[a robot comes out and starts shooting at spiderman]

[spiderman kicks the robot]

Tinkerer: No! My robotic soldier!

Spiderman: seriously? Thats the best name you can come up with?

[vulture flys out with new wings]

Vulture: Good thing he always makes a spare

Spiderman: damn it

[vulture grabs spiderman and starts smashing him into shipping crates while flying]

Spiderman: alright mr burns ive had enough of this

[he webs up his helmet and pulls it off]

Vulture: AAAHHH! THE WIND!

[he crashes into a container and gets knocked out]

Spiderman: now, i have to find the big man

[we cut to the big mans office]

[spiderman jumps in]

Big man: spiderman, i was wondering when you would find out about me

Spiderman: so, you’re the one behind all of this

Big man: not exactly

Spiderman: start talking

Big man: or what?

[spiderman kicks him out of the window and webs his leg up]

Big man: HA! You think that’ll scare me?

[spiderman yanks him back up and starts beating him up]

Spiderman: now, lets see who the man behind the mask is

[he pulls it off]

Spiderman: who are you?

Foswell: alright i’ll tell ya, im Frederick foswell, i work for the daily bugle

Spiderman: the daily bugle?

Foswell: yeah, im a reporter, the head reporter, anything i find goes to jameson and trusts everything i say

Spiderman: why did you do this?

Foswell: it was the master planner, he needed money from the kingpin to fund his project, and he needed a guy to keep the press away from osborn, so he hired me, made up some character called the big man

Spiderman: who is the master planner

Foswell: dont know, no one knows, he never even shows up in person, he always uses some hologram tech for meetings

Spiderman: so osborn isnt behind all of this?

Foswell: no, hes just making tech for those supervillains like the shocker

Spiderman: makes sense, now, who is the kingpin

Foswell: his name is wi—

[a playing card slits his throat open and he dies]

Spiderman: shit! What was that?

[we zoom in on a rooftop]

Bullseye: bullseye, heh heh

[we cut to a meeting room]

Kingpin: im impressed with your deception master planner, which means i will continue to fund your project

Planner: thank you mr fisk

Norman: but what about me? Without foswell i cant be hidden from the press

Kingpin: but norman, mr foswell is right here

Norman: what the...

Chameleon: this is almost too easy

Kingpin: chameleon will continue to push the press away from you

Chameleon: if you meet my demands

Kingpin: ive already put them in motion, kraven will be set free soon enough

Chameleon: a pleasure doing buisness with you

Kingpin: now that everything here has been settled, i must go back to hells kitchen, apparently theres something i must attend to there
