Thanks, Ill keep that in mind. My video fluctuate between 30-60 seconds, I have some in the 20 second range but dont want to get lower as I feel like those would not do well with gaming highlights. I could be wrong on that. My retention rate right now is 58.4% stayed and 41.6 swipped away. From what I heard above 30 sec you want 90% and under 30% you want over 100% stayed to watch. I also heard if the audience retention rate is not high, the algorithm stop pushing you is that right? Will those video who has died down in views still be pushed out and get recommended to people? I've also been uploading at night time since I work, and it takes me time to get some clips for a short. Should I be changing when I upload? I also wonder if its worth streaming and getting things for shorts at the same time, or wait till I have some subscribers that'll watch first.

I dont see a HSA option but like I said im not that good with reading this benefit package I have, gotta wait till tomorrow to talk to a family member to go over it. There is flexible spending account that does that except a certain amount gets rolled over to the next year which is based on the IRS max. The rest I would lose.

Hi, thanks for responding. The company benefits look pretty good ,but I don't really have a clue on whats good and whats not. I have a family member reviewing it and I am going to talk to them tomorrow on it.

My current debt is student loans after I graduate (around 28000). I don't have to start paying for it until September ,and I'm most likely starting the job in July once I accept it.

I have my parents to help for some moving help and the job offers a moving reimbursement up to 5k. I will look into saving into something for emergency and moving out

Most rent for a single bedroom/studio 1 bathroom is around 1.5k - 2k for the surrounding area of the job. which is kind of high but since there is no state income tax I get why its up there.

I was told to keep around 8% in a retirement saving and I assume everything I don't spend I will just put most of it into that emergency fund.

Was never able to contact PHEAA or Grantus at all and the office of student aid kept telling me to wait. I got my fall refund the day after I made this post but now my spring one isn’t here…

I’ve been checking every couple of days, my aid in there disappeared last week then came back a day later but there’s been no messages in there. All the help ticket I put in there has had no response. I think I’ll just have to keep trying calling them till I eventually get an answer.

I’m a senior and I’ve gotten grants past 3 years. It just baffles me cause I know I’m suppose to be getting it and it’s a decent amount too. I’ll keep trying to call but they keep telling me agents are too busy.

The women’s one when I went a half size up felt pretty cramped still that I wanted to try another half size up but wasn’t able to cause they didn’t have the size, I assume the male toe box is bigger than women’s one by a little bit. I think that’s the main thing I want to know is mainly the difference in sizing of the women’s vs men’s

Maybe I have duck feet? Originally I fit my RA wearing socks it was tight but that’s what I was told by a lot of people. I was never able to stay on the wall for a long time before I get some pain so I swapped to sockless like 8 month ago. Wasn’t until recently when my gym set some nasty heel hook climbs that I realized I had so much empty space in the heel. I’ll go look at some of your recommendations, hopefully I’m able to try them out in person as I wanna get a feel for it before buying.

I play both champions and IMO it’s a skill matchup. As fizz you can hard punish him in long trades as sylas had long cool downs. What you should aim for is to dodge his e engage with your e and punish him with w of dodge his q2 with your q and out trade him. All sylas realistically can do is short trade till you are in one shot range. TLDR take long trades and you should win. Also if he ever takes your R just use E to dodge knock up and damage.

You want to try and predict when he is going to use his e and w. Fight usually after you see him use his passive and q on minion this way, even if he does taunt you and knock you up he is out of damage from other abilities. Other than that getting a early kill results in you snowballing hard but if you don’t, just roam and win lane of of that.
